Brotato · iOS
Brotato works because the weapons fire themselves and you spend the quiet between waves deciding what kind of run this is going to be.
Brotato is on the App Store, free, with a separate Premium version at $4.99, both from QI YU SG. PTE. LTD. If you finished it and want the same shape of evening, here is the honest map.
The loop is clean: survive a wave, then shop. Your weapons handle the shooting, so the skill lives in what you buy and what you stack. Runs are short enough to start one without planning your night around it.
REELS keeps the parts that make Brotato work. Weapons fire on their own, you draft between floors, and a run takes minutes rather than an hour. One hand, offline, no ads.
What it moves is where the randomness lives. In Brotato the dice are rolled in the shop, between waves, and then the wave itself is a test of what you bought. In REELS the reels keep spinning while you are being hunted, and what they land on decides what your weapons fire at. The gamble is inside the fight, not before it.
